1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pa77", "we", "us" , or "our" refers to the pa77 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://pa77.io.
• "Platform" means the pa77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, tools, and features available at pa77.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable funds credited to an Account pursuant to a pa77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the pa77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pa77. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pa77 may request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned where legally permissible.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to notify pa77 promptly of any change to your registered information.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pa77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds therein, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pa77 makes no representation that its services are suitable or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pa77 will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pa77 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, recent utility bill or bank statement, and screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, or other payment method. pa77 may suspend withdrawals until KYC documents are reviewed and approved.

4.3 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pa77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited on Account closure.

4.4 Account Suspension by pa77

pa77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pa77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pa77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though pa77 may impose deposit limits on a per-Account basis in connection with its responsible gaming obligations.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained by lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. pa77 is not responsible for any charges, fees, or currency conversions applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with deposits.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours. pa77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to three business days. pa77 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

pa77 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer are outside pa77's control and are your responsibility.

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

pa77 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where KYC verification is incomplete, where the Account is under investigation for suspected Prohibited Activity, or where the source of funds cannot be confirmed to pa77's satisfaction. pa77 will notify the Player of any such hold and the steps required to resolve it.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by pa77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this section and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the applicable promotion — before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pa77 monitors all Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to reduce wagering risk while satisfying requirements, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum requirement without genuine gaming activity. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.

7.4 pa77's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

pa77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to Accounts prior to the withdrawal announcement.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on pa77 are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pa77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the result is known, or where an error in the published odds is identified prior to settlement.

8.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are updated in real time. A brief delay may exist between real-world events and the in-play odds update cycle. pa77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a market suspension by system error will be voided.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on pa77 — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the individual game as published by the respective game provider. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. pa77 does not influence game outcomes.

8.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pa77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. pa77 may cancel a bet at its discretion in cases of manifest error, system malfunction, or where the integrity of an event is called into question by a relevant sporting authority.

8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by pa77 at any time without notice. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted stake.

9 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pa77 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or pa77 staff to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent Account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Account use.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to obscure your true geographic location.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised access to server systems.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account Balance to a third party.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive in-session reminder alerts.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of elapsed session time and net gaming activity.
• Account History: Full access to your transaction and betting history at all times via your Account dashboard.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of pa77. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa77 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or communications network interruptions outside pa77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Accuracy of information provided by third-party game providers or data suppliers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pa77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pa77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pa77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Privacy and Data

pa77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at pa77.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pa77 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data security safeguards, including SSL encryption.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pa77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Closing your Account after receiving notification of an amendment but before the effective date will not incur any penalty, and your remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you in full.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming activities in the jurisdiction in which pa77 operates. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process described in pa77's customer support documentation. pa77's decision on any dispute concerning game outcomes, bonus calculations, or bet settlements shall be final and binding, subject to demonstrable platform error.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
